Anela holds r a Federal Certificate in Marketing, BSc in Political and Social Sciences, and is specialized in various support approaches from the school of Palo Alto. She has 11 years of project management experience. Drawing on her experience in sales, marketing, and communication, she decided to create an innovative approach at the Institute for Human Positioning (IHP).
Anela strongly believes that soft skills are key for people to thrive professionally and personally. For that reason, she uses her strong experience in hypnosis, human positioning, and other tools to help them develop skills such as communication, emotion management, etc. She is one of the facilitators working at the Arche Suisse Beyond Borders (ASBB).
