ALL YOU NEED

“All you need” is an online seminar, created to initiate positive changes in the environment by providing individuals with the techniques important for mental health and inner peace.

This project is a result of the first “HARMONY Project: Train the Trainer” program, implemented in B&H in 2021.

We believe that positive changes in society are only possible if we first make positive changes within ourselves. By delivering our “Train the trainer” program across the region, both the philosophy and implementation of our mission will spread to communities who need it most.

About the project

Twenty three participants attended a one-day webinar held on October 30th, 2021. The webinar was created for those who are interested in meditation and mental health.

Four professional trainers provided tools and exercises for mindfulness, self-acceptance, mental and physical well-being, necessary to easily handle everyday stresses. The project put emphasis on positive psychology, breathing exercises and yoga, but also different strategies on how to overcome conflict and emotional distress. The focus was on the beauty of the balance between one’s body and mind.

Educational activities were coordinated by 4 professional trainers from “Centar Transformacija” in Sarajevo, B&H: Ena Kozo, Amra Kubat, Selma Dokara and Sabina Alispahic.

The implementation of this project was supported by the Rotary International (Global Grant) and NGO SANCHILD.

HOW IS THE LOCAL HARMONY PROJECT CREATED?

HARMONY Project is a platform for education of professionals, designed with the focus on individual well-being, interpersonal connections, and trust-building.

One HARMONY Project starts as the “Train the Trainer” program, where participants (trainees) undergo 7 training modules carefully designed by the international coaches, and results in the Local HARMONY Projects. Each project is designed by one trainee and addresses one issue or an important topic in their local communities, and is implemented by employing their unique skill set, SANCHILD’s values and the HARMONY Project mission to inspire positive changes. Finally, the projects may continue to be improved and implemented in the future, to create “long-lasting ripple effects that positively transform societies”.

About HARMONY Trainee

ENA KOZO

“Our minds have interesting ways of working: we will rather distance from ourselves while spending hours on doing nothing, than a minute on having pure awareness. What we really need is a simple presence practice in these moments. The more we practice awareness – the more we work on ourselves- the more we learn about the source of our responses and patterns – the more we are in control of our behavior when something triggers us.”

Ena Kozo is a psychology graduate and works in IT industry as an HR Manager. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, interested in mental health and resilience, somatic experiencing, self-awareness, and self-development topics. She truly believes that connecting with our emotions orients us towards our hearts and feelings which illuminate a path to healing.
